This holistic approach underscores the pivotal role of building healthy relationships in healing trauma, aligning with the increasing body of evidence that emphasizes the vital connection between mental health and our fundamental need to connect with one another and be part of a healthy community. By addressing the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of both children and their families, and by simultaneously tending to the mental health requirements of everyone in the family, Wraparound services offer a comprehensive strategy to support post-adoptive families in their journey towards enduring well-being and resilience.
Evolve Youth Services acts as a single service provider with a goal of enhancing mental health and well-being for both youth and their family. High Fidelity Wraparound is a holistic method of service tailored to a family’s unique needs. It uses a team-based approach to design a plan that helps families learn to identify their strengths and use those to build strategies that mitigate conflict. Goals are developed that are measurable, observable and specific for each identified need and the team provides options so that the plan reflects the family’s values and culture. EYS is committed to following all 10 principles of the Wraparound process.
