Alicia Worth

Evolve Youth Services Executive Director, Alicia Worth, has long been interested in helping those in need. Passionate about the study of psychology, her work with adopted youth and their families in both home and school environments highlighted her natural affinity for connection. Now holding 15 years of experience in the field of adoption and Wraparound services, she is one of the few to be certified as a nationally recognized Wraparound Practitioner. An advocate for mental health and overall wellbeing, she shares a deep empathy with the youth and families she works with, building a foundation of trust that changes lives. Understanding that no single approach is the right one for every individual, under her guidance Evolve Youth Services has implemented a range of new systems to better serve Humboldt County, including multiple High Fidelity monitoring programs, ongoing training and the application of cutting-edge Wraparound principles.

Worth has been humbled and inspired by the resilience and courage youth have shown in the face of unspeakable trauma. Knowing there is not necessarily a “solution” that can erase all the challenges they and their families are going through, she is dedicated to providing a compassionate and continuous network of assistance. Being able to link families to the high level of therapeutic services that they deserve and the resources they need to cope is incredibly fulfilling. Nurturing development and planting the seeds for healthy relationships, Worth supports families as they evolve into the best versions of themselves.
