Nicole has been with Evolve Youth Services since the beginning. Originally from Southern California, she became one of the first Child Family Specialist’s shortly after moving to Humboldt County. Working closely with local families, schools, and organizations for almost a decade, her strong relationships have aided the successful implementation of care plans in both client’s homes and their environments. Understanding and intentional, Nicole meets children and families where they are at. She specializes in supportive behavioral modifications and tailors each interaction to best fit the needs of the clients. A parent herself and a kid at heart, she recognizes the importance of a balanced family dynamic and loves her work with Evolve Youth Services. Uplifting many individuals in our community, Nicole has also served as a garden educator, camp coordinator, food sovereignty volunteer and nonprofit board member. She has worked on local housing teams and assisted in foster care reunification. Valuing connectedness in all areas of life, Nicole leads a homesteading lifestyle with her husband and two teenagers.
